PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Move is a membership community for people who go out in Boston. We send event announcements, guest list confirmations, ticket links, passphrases and access codes by SMS. By providing your mobile number at themove.party/login and confirming the code we text you, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

›Event announcements, guest list confirmations and ticket links.

›Exclusive passphrases and event access codes.

›Occasional member news and rewards.

›One welcome message when you join.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on activity and events. Expect roughly 2 to 6 messages per month.

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for the details of your plan. The Move is not responsible for charges incurred from your carrier.

SUPPORTED CARRIERS

The Move is available on major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

HOW TO OPT OUT

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will receive no further messages unless you opt back in by replying START.

OPT-IN PROCESS

You consent to receive SMS messages from The Move by:

1.Going to themove.party/login and entering your mobile number.

2.Ticking the box that reads "I'm 18+, I agree to the Terms & Privacy Statement, and I consent to receive recurring SMS from The Move about events and membership."

3.Tapping CONTINUE, which sends a 6-digit verification code to the number you entered.

4.Entering that code. Your number is only added to our list once this code has been entered, which confirms you are the account holder.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We never buy, rent or import phone numbers from anybody else, and we never add a number without the code above being entered.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not use automated systems to opt in multiple numbers, provide false information, opt in a number you do not control, or attempt to disrupt The Move's operations.

AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be 18 years of age or older to join The Move. Individual events may carry a higher age requirement, which is stated on that event's page.

PRIVACY

Your registration data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

CHANGES

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
